🜃 Voice Note: The Structure of What’s Alive

A spoken invitation to tomorrow (Friday)’s Root to Rise workshop

Every living thing has structure—and no two structures are the same.
In this short voice note, I speak to the heartbeat behind the workshop series beginning this Friday:

How we’ve inherited models of structure built for machines, not for living bodies, and how we can return to our own design—rooted in nourishment, pleasure, and coherence.

For those who want to feel the essence of this visually, I’ll be putting on my Instagram a few images that speak to the organic intelligence of structure: roots breaking pavement, trees shaping walls, life finding its form.

Listen in, if you’re curious.
Join us Friday if you’re ready.
