Dear friends,

There are moments when we can’t see ourselves clearly—not because we’re lost, but because we’re too close.

What’s forming is real, but blurry. The language hasn’t landed. The shape is still soft.
And the world keeps asking us to be legible before we’re ready.

In these moments, we don’t need advice.
We don’t need direction.
We need a mirror.

But not a mirror that distorts, compresses, or prescribes.
A mirror that witnesses.
A mirror that reveals you, rather than disappears you.

It does not say: “be brighter,” “be clearer,” “be more like this so my survival patterns remain unchallenged”. It simply reflects what is already there.

Such a mirror is especially powerful for those whose core wound is over-adaptation—those who’ve shapeshifted so well, for so long, they’ve forgotten how it feels to name what is fully theirs.

This is the premise behind Essence Mirror, my new 1:1 session offering.

It is the evolution of Brand Readings, which offered intuitive, archetypal insight into the essence of a brand—revealing its deeper purpose, patterns, and voice before form took shape.

If you’ve received a Brand Reading before, you’ll recognize the soul of this work—now distilled, deepened, and widened.
But it has shed that name because it is no longer only for brands.

It is for essence, in all its forms.
